  • What form of Payments do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, e-transfer and cheque. Please note: Visa & Mastercard require a 2.5% card processing fee
  • Where do you deliver?
    We service within a 40km radius of our main kitchen which is located in Milton, ON. Areas we frequently service are the surrounding areas of GTA including Mississauga, Oakville, Georgetown, Limehouse, Acton, Milton, Erin, & Brampton. For events outside this radius we do charge a delivery free subject to change. please contact us to discuss possible accommodations.

    To secure your event date, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost at the time of booking. The exact percentage may vary depending on the size and type of the event. This deposit ensures that we can allocate the necessary resources and potential staff for your event, with the balance due before the event. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and bank transfers
  • How do you price your catering services?
    Pricing is based on the menu selection, number of guests, service style, and any additional services required. We provide a detailed quote after an initial consultation to understand your specific needs
  • How is the food presented at the event?
    We offer various serving styles including buffet, plated meals, family-style, and hors d'oeuvres stations. Our team will work with you to determine the best option for your event.
  • What types of events do you cater?
    We cater a wide range of events including weddings, corporate events, private parties, birthdays, anniversaries, and more. No event is too big or too small for us
  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
    Absolutely. We can accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions and allergies, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and more. Please inform us of any specific requirements when booking
  • Do you provide event planning services?
    While our primary focus is on catering, we can assist with some aspects of event planning and recommend trusted vendors for additional services like decoration, entertainment, and photography
  • Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
    Additional fees may include delivery charges, service fees, and rentals for any additional equipment or furniture needed. All potential fees will be outlined in your quote
  • What is your Delivery Fee?
    Our Delivery fee is calculated by postal code and distance from our kitchen; charged by km depending on amount of food and the service required
